We do not accept cancellations.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct sizes and colors of your items.

I changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Due to all items being hand-crafted, we do not take returns for refunds or credit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It’s important that you select your correct size, when making your purchase. 

What if I never received my item?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, which were delivered to the address entered in an order. If an item is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS to receive compensation for your order.
