Frequent Asked Questions

Q: How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.

Q: How can I track my order once it has shipped?

A tracking number will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped. It may take up to 24 hours before a tracking number is registered in the system and showing tracking information.

Q: Are refunds/exchanges accepted?

Refunds: We do not accept refunds as Cut & Sew items are made to order, it’s important that you order your correct size. All Sales Final
Exchanges: Within 7 days items can be exchanged. Excanges should be returned new, unused and with all CoolStitch tags. Exchanges that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and returned to the customer.

Q: Can I order from outside the United States?

Sorry, we are not accepting international orders at this time.

Q: What if the merchandise is not in stock?

Customer service will send you an email for out of stock items and cancelled orders.
